29 September, Seven years ago
7270 woke me up this morning instead of Nacho's bark. Opening my tired eyes and saw Ah Bui's sms. Gosh, it has been seven years since our enlistment day. Been through my BMT stage in Viper company where I almost killed someone. I guessed from then onwards, I have never misfired a single shot throughtout my active days. Posted to SISPEC's Golf company after that. It was tough, infact, life was never easy back in those army days. Nothing really special happened during SISPEC. Maybe the only accomplishment was passing my driving test after I have met my PC's timing in the SOC run down. Soon after SISPEC, another tough course awaiting ahead for me. I was kind of proud to be in that vocation though. But whenever we were referring to training, our platoon got a hell out of it. I'm talking about patience, perserverance and precision. I'm talking about being a sniper. Wah~ how cool it was huh... Ya, some will thought so... Just another vocation in the green uniform that you will be attacked by mosquitoes first.
My NS days, was the darkest moment I went through in my life. In fact, it was pitch dark. I was a confused guy. I'm not saying I'm the blur one in my platoon, but I'm referring to my life outside NS. Relationship failed, family disagreement, friends still on average terms. My army buddies, I can't really trust anyone totally. I was an instruction-taking machine. I was numb.
So much for the dark hours, now gotta switch my mind back to real time - the cruel reality...

25 September, the standalone me
Yesterday football game was great! Scored four! It's been a long time since that happened. A long shot, a header, a one-touch shot, and a tapped-in. I always like the first-man view in scoring a goal. It was special. Who to share the joy with? I guessed there wasn't really anyone else but all the high-fives from my team.
For Nacho, he continued his barking melody in the night but that wasn't the worst. The worst came when I got to hear his bark when the ear plugs (courtesy from jolene) were stuck right in my ears!
Still remembering the zero email response from my class regarding the course feedback, ok, maybe one from the soft spoken Carrine. I was so digusted when people start responding to bitch about the new class. As for official matter, no one bothers. So why should I care so much anyway?!?
In this world, it's reality. What doesn't concern or affect anyone, why should they bother? Even if it does, their brains will go "I think other will response to it, I'll just wait and see." How true it is! Fuck it!

21 September, writing starts again
The seconds hand was spinning for the past four weeks! Found some life during the school break, but again, I'm back to reality. Celebrated on the September 11, don't be mistaken, it was my dad's birthday. After reading some forum articles in the newspaper today, I really felt so fortunate that my family are in pink of health. There was one article mentioned that this lady needs to return home during her lunch break, to feed her father eversince he had stroke. Somehow, she don't have the time to commit into a relationship since work and family have taken up a huge portion of her time. Another one said," Old age parents are usually taken care by the singles." Come to think about it, I've seen a handful of examples among my friends. So this year during my birthday, I only wished that everyone will stay healthy and think positively. I received a couple of pressies which include a bottle of sakae, book, pouch, shirt, and of coz, not forgetting those treats from my friends and buddies.
On 17 September, there was an arrival of our new family member. A baby from Jat? Not at the moment... But he was a baby to Jat. His name? I called him Nacho. Jat brought him back from our neighbour. Nacho belongs to our neighbour's friend. Jat learnt that the previous owner wanted to put Nacho to sleep, so she quickly went for his rescue.
Nacho is under-going toilet training at the moment. Naturally, I'm the discipline master since I'm very particular about the 'dos' and don'ts' at home. My 7270's alarm tone seemed to be taken over by Nacho's barking tone. He's the 'alarm clock' that is set at 6:30am daily.
Now, I need to find my ear plug!
