9 Oct, Favoritism? Unfairness? Inequity? Or simply incompetent?
You name it, we have it! I'm referring to my company's management. So what if you have been around for the longest period of time? So what if you're in the business for years? If you can't even manage all of your staffs, you still consider yourself as a manager? Oh come on~ somehow, it really makes me wonder why you're still here in the first place. Or should i say why I AM still here. Throughout my previous work experience, no matter how fark up a superior is, he/she still able to do a decent job. However, not for this case. We got managers who can't manage, and the so call leaders who can't lead. Why so? If you wanna give something to your staffs, make sure every single staff gets it. You don't leave anyone out. Oh ya, for now, it's a group. You wanna do something, do it in style. You don't do a half-fark job!
Communication problem has been a huge issue here. Sometimes I wonder what is the email or mobile phone for? Most probably, it's for you to call to the close peers you got? Or it's just another gadget that you don't really know how to operate?
To the specific incompetent "MANY-JERS": Sometimes, there are small little stuffs/issues that you can't be bother. I mean it's not about the monetary matter here. However, these small little stuffs can mean a lot to a single staff. Pl....please.... use your blain~
